Pebble Beach, CA, July 12, 2011: We toured the famous 17 Mile Drive and stayed at The Lodge at Pebble Beach. While temperatures have ranged from an all time low of 20 degrees F and an all time high of 101 degrees F, the average temperatures range from 51 to 71 degrees year round. The day can vacillate between brilliant sunshine and foggy, misty clouds but the nights almost guarantee a fire in the fireplace with cool sleeping after.

The putting green is between the Lodge and the Shops. We seemed to be at the end of a father-son golfing event, but the sons were more prep school than this guy:
