Laguna Beach, CA, July 16, 2011: Nick's San Clemente refuses to serve breakfast on Saturdays, so we trekked to Laguna Beach where Nick's does serve breakfast on Saturdays.It gave us an opportunity to explore their farmers market and to enjoy the ocean views at Heisler Park. There's no better place to be on a beautiful day.
HEISLER PARK:
Breeching Whale by Jon Seeman overlooks a stretch of the California coast where one might well see a breeching whale during their annual migrations.
We drove up Nyes Place in southern Laguna for the dramatic views:
On our way back, we descended Cove Road in Dana Point just for the fun of it.
