An Evening in Kansas City

Kansas City, MO, June 7, 2011: We went from the airport to Independence to see the Truman home:
"The Truth Is All I Want For History"
Bess and Harry are buried side by side; Margaret and her husband are buried across the way:




"Independence and the Opening of the West" by Thomas Hart Benton at the Truman Library:
The Temple of the Reformed Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, who are now called the Community of Christ.

Our next stop was to check out the Savoy Hotel and Savoy Grill where David's grandparents stayed on their honeymoon.
